QUESTION 1: I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
We at NytActiv Global have shipped over 500 orders to consumers worldwide in the past few months. Rest assured, we’ll deliver your order conveniently and promptly.
Things to Note:
- Sports Ball Packaging: Our sports balls are shipped Inflated in packaging from our warehouse
- Get-It-By Timer: What is this??
- Average International Shipping Time: 10-15 days after fulfilment.
- Average Domestic Shipping Time: 2-5 days after fulfillment.
- Average Fulfillment Time: 2-5 business days.
QUESTION 2: WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number for your order from our official email address- firstname.lastname@example.org. Tracking and shipping information will be sent to the registered email or phone number that you provided at checkout after your shipping label was created.
QUESTION 3: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is fulfilled. For the cancellation to be applied and you to receive a full refund, you need to place a request before you receive a tracking number.
To cancel the order, send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL" to email@example.com.
If we don't ship the order in the time frame mentioned, we will refund you promptly upon request. You can send us an email with the subject line "LATE CANCEL" to firstname.lastname@example.org.
QUESTION 4: I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?
If you have misspelled, incorrectly auto-filled, or want to change the shipping address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and share the correct information. We can change the address before the order is fulfilled (only before a tracking number is generated).
QUESTION 5: HOW DO I GET MY BALL TO REFLECT?
To get a full reflection/glow effect of your NytActiv product, use the camera on your phone and turn the flashlight "ON". The ball will glow very brightly on your phone screen so you can create the most amazing sports content ever. Our holographic products also have a slight glow to the naked eye whenever natural light hits the ball at different angles.
QUESTION 6: DOES THE BALL COME INFLATED?
We ship all of our sports balls Inflated.
QUESTION 7: ARE THE SPORTS BALLS FOR INDOOR OR OUTDOOR USE?
Our sports balls are made for indoor as well as outdoor play. The leather is durable and built with regulation rubber bladders. We do recommend using the balls indoors so they last longer, but playing outside with any of our products won't ruin the reflectivity of the balls.
The sports balls may get dirty from outside elements, which can cover up some of their reflectivity, but they are easily cleanable using a wet wipe or wet towel and then drying.
QUESTION 8: ARE THE BALLS WATERPROOF?
NytActiv products are waterproof. When wet, the holographic leather is covered by water, and it impacts reflection. With this said, the balls can still be used in wet surroundings without permanently damaging the leather. We recommend drying the ball completely with a dry towel to get the full glow effect back.
QUESTION 9: HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM FOR A REFUND?
If you want to return your order, please email at email@example.com within 30 days of delivery. Mention your reason for return and the order number. We will issue you a free return label, all you have to do is print the return label and tape it back on the package your order came in. Once we receive your return in the same condition that was sent, we will issue you a refund for the item (shipping will not be refunded if the label was created), which typically takes 7 to 10 business days to process in your bank.
Any item that comes back damaged, ripped, or scratched will be marked as used and will only receive a 40% refund. For international returns, our system does not allow us to create return labels due to the address not being in the same country as ours. If you would like to return your order for a refund, you will have to purchase your own shipping label and send a tracking link to firstname.lastname@example.org. In case of failure, the refund amount and process will be affected.
