Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Our business days are Monday-Friday.

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout, depending upon your location. Standard shipping time for our products is 7 to 10 days

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

NytActiv Global Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

You can cancel your order before it is fulfilled (before you receive a tracking number) for the cancellation to be applied and receive a full refund. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL" to info@nytactiv.com.

If we don't ship the order out in the time frame listed above, we will refund you promptly upon request. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "LATE CANCEL" to info@nytactiv.com.

In case of any changes in delivery address, please reply to the confirmation email. We can change the address before the order is shipped out.
