To save you some time and effort, we’ve compiled a list of questions that might pop up in your mind when buying our holographic sports gear. If we’ve skipped something that’s bothering you, please reach out to us on our registered email info@nytactiv.com. We’d be happy to assist you.

QUESTION 1: I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Our shipping process includes dispatching your parcel within 24 hours, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days for it to reach your destination. Your order will be promptly prepared and shipped to ensure a timely and efficient delivery experience.

  • Sports Ball Packaging: Please be aware that our sports balls are shipped deflated and securely packaged from our warehouse.

    QUESTION 2: WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

    Yes, you will receive a tracking number for your order from our official email address- info@nytactiv.com. Tracking and shipping information will be sent to the registered email or phone number that you provided at checkout after your shipping label was created. 

    QUESTION 3: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    Yes, you can cancel your order before it is fulfilled. To ensure a full refund, it's imperative to initiate the cancellation request before you receive a tracking number.

    To cancel your order, please send an email to info@nytactiv.com with the subject line "CANCEL." Our team will promptly address your request.

    In the event that your order has not been shipped within the specified time frame, you may also request a refund. To do so, kindly send us an email with the subject line "LATE CANCEL" to info@nytactiv.com.

    QUESTION 4: I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?

    If you have misspelled, incorrectly auto-filled, or want to change the shipping address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and share the correct information. We can change the address before the order is fulfilled (only before a tracking number is generated).

    QUESTION 5: HOW TO MAKE MY BALL REFLECT? 

    For a stunning reflection or radiant glow effect with your NytActiv Glowing product, simply activate the flashlight feature on your smartphone's camera. This will illuminate the ball brilliantly on your phone screen, allowing you to capture breathtaking sports content. Additionally, our holographic products exhibit a subtle, captivating glow to the naked eye when exposed to natural light from various angles.

    QUESTION 6: DOES THE BALL COME INFLATED?

    No, the ball does not come inflated. It is shipped to you in a deflated state.

    QUESTION 7: ARE THE SPORTS BALLS FOR INDOOR OR OUTDOOR USE?

    Our sports balls are made for indoor as well as outdoor play. The leather is durable and built with regulation rubber bladders. We do recommend using the  balls indoors so they last longer, but playing outside with any of our products won't ruin the reflectivity of the balls.

    The sports balls may get dirty from outside elements, which can cover up some of their reflectivity, but they are easily cleanable using a wet wipe or wet towel and then drying. 

    QUESTION 8: ARE THE BALLS WATERPROOF?

    NytActiv products are waterproof. When wet, the holographic leather is covered by water, and it impacts reflection. With this said, the balls can still be used in wet surroundings without permanently damaging the leather. We recommend drying the ball completely with a dry towel to get the full glow effect back. 

    QUESTION 9: HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM FOR A REFUND? 

    If you want to return your order, please email at info@nytactiv.com within 7 days of delivery. Mention your reason for return and the order number. To initiate the return, kindly follow the steps below:

    1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring that it is unused and in its original condition.
    2. Ship the package to the following address:

    Please note that the return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.

    Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return policy conditions, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow 5-6 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method.

    Any item that comes back damaged, ripped, or scratched will be marked as used and will only receive a 40% refund.

    Orders are picked up by 5 pm IST by our courier partners; any orders placed after that will be shipped out the next day.
